2. Eligibility and Participation
You must be at least 18 years of age to register, apply, or participate unless otherwise approved in writing. By registering or participating, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or force majeure events), refunds or credits will be issued at the discretion of the Summit.
4. Speakers, Exhibitors, and Volunteers
Speakers, exhibitors, and volunteers may be required to submit materials including logos, images, promotional content, and sample work. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. The Summit reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke participation at any time.
Volunteers participate on an unpaid, voluntary basis and assume responsibility for their own conduct, safety, and personal property.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, and lawful manner. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Indemnification and Hold Harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Summit, its organizers, staff, volunteers, partners, affiliates, sponsors, and venue(s) from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the event or use of the Site.
8. Photography, Video, and Media Release
By attending or participating in the Summit, you grant permission for your likeness, voice, and image to be captured in photographs, video, or audio recordings and used for promotional, marketing, educational, or archival purposes without compensation.
