Exhibitor Information

All exhibitors are required to register for any Thrive Self-Reliance Fair & Expo event.

This is a JURIED EVENT, meaning that although you may select and even pay for the event if there are too many of any one product, your request may be denied and a refund issued. The website will be updated weekly. Please check to see if there are more than two (2) of any vendor in your product line. If unsure please email us for clarification prior to securing a space. info@ThriveSelfReliance.com. This is done for our exhibitors to ensure there is not an oversaturated product offering.

Requirements:

Exhibitors must be at the event for both days.

There are no refunds for cancellations 30 days before the show. However, there is a 50% refund from 60-30 days before the show and full refunds for exhibitors before 60 days, less a service fee of 5%.

Exhibitors will be given a parking pass that must be displayed on the dashboard. Once unloaded, exhibitors must park in the designated area. This is set up for ease of access to ensure exhibitors are not blocked and to accommodate visitors.  

This is a rain-or-shine event, all outside exhibitors or activities please come prepared.
